Your design and ordering appointment is the highlight of your portrait experience. During this time, I will reveal the images captured during your session. Together, we will narrow down your favorites and decide how you want to enjoy them in your home. Most clients choose a combination of wall portraits and an album, which can include their digital files for free with that qualifying purchase.

Ordering Appointment Studio Policies

• All images are viewed and ordered during the ordering appointment. We do not offer online proofing of any kind.
• Each session includes one ordering appointment, so it is important that all decision makers are present, as well as pictures of walls with measurements so that your order can be finalized.
• Clients that leave the studio without finalizing their order will have a delayed order. Additional ordering appointments for order finalizing are subject to a $100 fee.
• Payment for your order is due at the time of your ordering appointment or a payment plan can be arranged. Once your order is placed, it is immediately put into production. Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
• Most of our clients expect to invest $1200 and up per session for wall art, albums or digital files. Please note that no products or digital files are included in your session fee.
• Your frame order will be ready for installation in 6-8 weeks. Albums take approximately 8 weeks to complete.

+ Spend some time walking through your home thinking of places you may want to hang a portrait. If you snap a picture of that spot and send it to me, I can design your wall for you. Make sure your pictures are landscape orientation, straight on, and include something in the image for scale, like a sheet of computer paper or a ruler.

+ If your spouse is unable to attend and they are a financial decision maker in your home, be sure to have the money talk in advance. Most clients expect to spend between $1200-3500 on their order at the end of each ordering appointment.

+ Come prepared to make decisions. I have found that the best way to ensure timely delivery of your purchased artwork is to make all the decisions at your ordering appointment. Having samples to view in person, frame corners on hand, and someone who understands appropriate sizing and layout sitting next to you makes it so much easier and quicker than trying to do it on your own.
